ORGANO gold announced in September, it has entered into a definitive strategic joint venture agreement with Digital SkyNet Limited for the purpose of pursuing larger market opportunities related to Blockchain (the Ormeus crypto coin)
Organo was done as a coffee MLM opportunity with hardly any significant revenue left after the top years.
It seems to be to attract distributors and  investments in the Ormeus (ORME) crypto currency and IQ chain company is the primary goal for the merger.
