Alvin Caulleechurn from the United Kingdom spent 19 years working in local government before discovering MLM in May of 2015. 
Although never earning more than $1,000 in a single month, he considers his first couple years in the industry as an apprenticeship – he equates his time surrounded by excellent leadership that influenced his journey to where he stands today.
