Amway India launches New Attitude Sunscreen

China Adjusts Scope of Direct Selling Products

 
With est. $35 Billion in annual revenue, China is one of the largest direct selling markets in the world and may pass the USA shortly.
The Ministry of Commerce released on its website on 25 March the Announcement on the Scope of Direct Selling Products.
It states that pursuant to Article 2 of the Regulations on the Administration of Direct Selling, the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) have adjusted the scope of direct selling products.
Direct selling products must comply with administrative licensing, mandatory certification and mandatory standards in accordance with laws and regulations.
The adjusted scope of the direct selling products is hereby announced:
* Cosmetics
* Cleaning supplies (personal hygiene products/household cleaning supplies)
* Health food
* Health care equipment
* Small cookware
* Home appliances
