Visalus Germany’s Youngest Regional Director Speaks On Excuses

When Lucas Hoffmann first heard of Vi in North America, he felt like the Vi system would make all the difference in his life. As soon as Vi pre-launched in Germany, Lucas was excited and determined to take part in Challenging the World.
With the money he got for Christmas and some of his savings, Lucas went to the Influencer Summit where he met Vi Co-Founder and Global Ambassador Nick Sarnicola. Nick was so charismatic and convincing that Lucas spent all of his savings for an Executive Promoter System, and accepted The Challenge.
Inspired by Nick Sarnicola and IFBB Pro Bodybuilding Champion and Regional Director Daniel Hill, Lucas—at only 18 years old—quickly became Germany’s youngest Regional Director. He earned his BMW… and he didn’t even have his driver’s license yet!
Lucas has always been very active and interested in helping people lead healthy lifestyles, but he knew that many health and fitness programs were too complicated and time-consuming.
However, he felt that The Challenge was something everyone could do, and tried it out for himself. He took on his first Challenge with the goal to become fit and more active. He soon built 10 lbs. of lean muscle, which made it even easier to

WorldVentures: The Right Place, Right Time for Direct Selling

Between now and 2019, the U.S. economy and markets will face the perfect storm.
Fear not – renowned financial analyst Harry S. Dent has faith in WorldVentures, stating that the significance of recognizing a debt bubble that is about to burst will actually promote direct selling.
“Peer-to-peer marketing is the fastest-growing model and people are selling more to people who like the same product. Travel is one of the very best markets in the next two decades and will continue to grow. This is the best time to start a business, as entrepreneurial ventures increase during economic downturns,” Dent said.
Dent explained during a WorldVentures BootCamp event that the right time and place to begin direct selling is now.
Currently, there are three cycles for our economy and markets. Dent explains that we are clearly pointing towards the next great crash, but following right behind will be the next concerted boom.
While it may seem impossible to forecast long-term economic cycles, Dent has established three key “Macro Cycles” that, when are all positive, are a near-guaranteed boom. These three “Macro Cycles” include the spending wave, the geopolitical cycle and the innovation cycle.
The last time the three long-term cycles were all bullish together was between 1988

WorldVentures Foundation: Empowering Children In South Africa

Consider this: a staggering 3.7 million children under the age of 18 are currently orphaned in South Africa due to HIV. For others, their families are unable to care for them financially. Couple that with malnutrition (currently at an all-time high in South Africa), and you have very critical issues that need to be brought to the forefront.
The WorldVentures Foundation™ (WVF), the philanthropic arm of WorldVentures, wanted to take an active role in helping those affected by these crises. So in February 2014, WVF collaborated with Botshabelo Community Development Trust for its first ever South African Service Day.
The event’s purpose was clear—to help educate and nourish children in South Africa. With that in mind, both organizations teamed up with Sizanani Children’s Home, an organization dedicated to developing, empowering and caring for people with disabilities, and Prettify Your Township, a project focusing on beautifying pre-schools in dilapidated conditions to encourage learning, to renovate a daycare building and a foster home, while developing a food garden in the community of Olievenhoutbosch, Gauteng to combat these issues and provide an effective solution.

In July, WorldVentures Foundation was back in South Africa for its second day of service, which was just as successful as the

Distributors Sue Momentis For Breach Of Contract

Day in and day out, Internet users sign various forms of agreements for a variety of reasons, from joining a dating site, to participating in an online auction, to uploading media to a storage locker. These agreements, sometimes known as browse-wrap or click-wrap agreements, are necessary to memorialize and expedite the use of a website pursuant to well-defined rules. More often than not, these agreements substitute for more “traditional” contracts, and they are thus construed as such when contested in court.
A fundamental question intrinsic to contracts is whether an enforceable agreement exists at all. A dispute over the enforceability of an online agreement, and the arbitration provision therein, arose recently in state court in Texas. See Momentis U.S. Corp. v. Weisfeld, No. 05-13-01250-CV (Tex. App. July 23, 2014).Momentis involved a dispute between a marketing company and two of its “independent representatives.”
To sell its products, Momentis U.S. Corp. (Momentis) contracted with third-party independent contractors called independent representatives (IRs). Bishop and Weisfeld (collectively, Plaintiffs) signed up to be IRs. In order to be accepted as such, prospective IRs must complete and sign Momentis’ IR agreement (the Agreement), Policies & Procedures, and submit an application fee. Once the prospective IR pays the application fee, Momentis
