A good mentor demonstrates a positive attitude and acts as a positive role model for his mentees and much younger colleagues. He is respected as he goes above and beyond the call of duty. He walks the talk and leads by example.

Alliance In Motion (AIM) is celebrating its 9th anniversary in Bocaue in the Philippines this week and has set a record for the largest human smiley formation recorded by the Guinness World Records.
A total of 6,667 distributors of AIM Global gathered at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila to beat the previous record of 4,047 participants achieved by Smile Hypermarket (Qatar) in Doha, Qatar, on 27 March 2015.
Alliance in Motion is a relatively unknown outside Asia, however the company has hundred thousands of distributors worldwide and CEO Dr. Eduardo Cabantog was voted Nr. 1 in the Top Direct Selling CEO in the world 2014.
